Not only eye candy
Art is no luxury. For human culture it is as indispensable as writing. If we - as health professionals - deal with the health of the eye as a human sense, then we will do this also because we - as art lovers - will not do without such sense. On our website you can also find photos of the photographic artist Jürgen Swoboda, who impressively shows the beauty of nature.
Speaking of photographic artists: We are particularly proud that Dieter Blum, the photographer of the legendary Marlboro Man, is one of our satisfied patients. Many celebrities, e.g. Gerhard Schröder and Herbert von Karajan, already trusted his keen eyes. Given the large selection of his motives, we particularly liked the Zen Archer, because he also requires vision and perfect command of technology - just like us. The second motive shows the Berliner Symphoniker with Ann-Sophie Mutter as soloist in an uncommon scene: each musician plays alone in a lighted room of a hotel, and the whole orchestra can only be seen from a particular distance.

Our surgery rooms offer a lot to the eye. We are delighted when our patients feel themselves to be at an exhibition, but not at a doctor's surgery.
